I'm Clint Sookermany. I help executives and senior leaders learn to think with AI. Not delegate to it, not sprinkle it on top of existing processes, but use it as a real thinking partner on the problems they haven't been able to crack.

The gap between leaders who've figured this out and those who haven't is widening fast. The first group is pulling ahead on speed, margin, and quality of decisions. The second group is increasingly exposed, often without realising it.

I run intensive problem-solving sessions and focused capability-building for executive and senior leader teams in large enterprises. We work on your real strategic issues, live, using AI as part of the process. You leave with concrete decisions made, options tested, and a way of working you can repeat without me.

Background

25 years in strategy and transformation consulting. At KPMG, I built the UK Digital & Technology practice from £4.5M to £42M revenue and grew the team from 27 to 250. I've led similar work at PwC and PA Consulting. Now I work independently through Regenvita and as a partner at Fjord Qudra.
